Yes, anytime. Upgrade from Solo to Pro takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. Prorated credits apply to upgrades.
One inbox = one connected email address. A Google Workspace account and a personal Gmail count as two separate inboxes. Solo supports 1; Pro supports up to 3.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of any charge if you're not satisfied. After that, we don't issue prorated refunds for unused periods, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Contact [email protected].
